Vitality in Technology

(Electricity) Vitality in Technology
The designer uses lights, lines and colors to create a sense of science and technology that belongs to the College of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, while also preserving the vitality, research and innovation spirit of the college.
Gray and white are used as the main colors of the image wall, while retaining the representative color-orange of the college. The image wall using the different heights with white water lamps, and the flowing light symbolizes the spirit of moving forward continuously.
Then we move towards the corridor. Different from the image wall with a sense of science and technology, the corridor uses contrasting colors to create a lively feeling. We can display photos of school events on the bulletin board, and go along the indirect light behind the wall, as if entering the time tunnel belonging to the college.
The reception room is designed in black, white and orange. The letter “E” in black, which extends from the ceiling to the wall and floor comes from the first two letters of “Electrical Engineering and Computer Science”. While having a sense of the future, the orange wall and the recessed lights installed in irregular way are also represents the enthusiasm and innovation of the college.
The office space is based on light colors. Bright and light give a sense of comfort on the mind. The horizontal black lines are used on the ceiling to merge the divided space into one while also stretching the overall space.
