老屋翻新的與眾不同，就是在於它可以保留恆久的美麗與創造新的意境。1樓空間以入口玄關與客、餐廳、主臥與衛浴為主，透過旋梯與2樓連結。在宸舍全新的設計下，重新規劃了客、餐廳動線，擴張了許多收納櫃體卻巧妙地增加了室內空間，溫暖的灰白木紋色與翻新的原石餐桌、搭配原來稀有的深綠大理石地板、修復的旋踢踏面，誠實保留了歲月記憶，卻又給予現代感的生命力。
What makes the renovated old house unique is that it can retain its lasting beauty and create a new mood.
