三樓設計上從進門入口處的石紋系統板材，至電視牆的深灰實木鋼刷木皮板及銅色花紋板材的拼接，再至開放式廚房的石紋系統板材及跳色烤漆玻璃,最後進入臥房單元使用原木自然的色系。隨著動線進入不同單元時我們思考著每一處的相似與相異，如何在相似之間找出可以協調彼此的素材，並碰撞出許多耐人尋味卻又活潑的地方是本案三樓的重點之一。
